Wayne Woodward is a licensed builder, and member of HBO, with formal training in Fine Woodworking and Business. 

Originally raised in Nelson, BC, Wayne trained with a specialized master builder for 6 years prior to forming Lakewood Custom Homes. Wayne has developed strong insight into the Kootenay real estate market after 33+ years of doing business in the Nelson area.

Wayne is an avid member of the community, as a Member of the Nelson Chamber or Commerce and as the Vice President of the Nelson Ski Team.
